I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease the summer between high school and college in 2002. Although I was devastated to lose the foods I loved most (pizza, pasta and cookies), I was overwhelmed with hope that my misery may be coming to an end! The previous two years were filled with chronic, unexplainable and untreatable illness, countless trips to different doctors and even a Lupus misdiagnosis.

Within two weeks of being on a strict gluten-free diet I felt like my old self again. It was a miracle to have my life back! Since going gluten-free I've been on the move to college, new jobs and new cities! There is no better way to enjoy a new place or the company of friends than at a restaurant. I'm constantly in search of safe, delicious and gluten-free dining experiences. We're here to share our gluten-free findings with you!

I was diagnosed with a gluten-intolerance my senior year of college which was probably the hardest time in my life to cut out pizza and beer.

One week after adhering to a gluten-free diet, my stomach aches subsided and I felt like a new person. Since then I'm always on the hunt for gluten-free product offerings!

I lead a very active lifestyle (triathlons, hiking, biking, surfing , swimming, skiing) so I am especially interested in the gluten-free diets of dedicated athletes.

I am a Bay Area native and I hope to spread the plight of gluten-free gluttons wherever I go. We are starting in San Francisco but hope that every major city will eventually have a glutenfreeglutton presence!
